Young Entrepreneurial Spirit Helps Boost EU-Turkish Integration

This is a project financed by the World Bank Youth Innovation Fund which has utilized the video conference facilities at American Collegiate Institute in Izmir. Through a video conference system, IUE students met with students from Slovenia, Netherlands, Greece and France to work on a business idea they have creates and developed. As they were interacting through the site, they were able to share their views on EU-Turkey integration as well. The business ideas of three of IUE students were selected among the first three best business ideas.

Academic Seminars

Academic seminars presented by researches that work in the field of entrepreneurship are organized by the center. During the fall semester, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yaşar Tınar has been our guest.

Entrepreneurship Work Group

The center is a member of the work group established through the cooperation of Association of Aegean Industrialist and Businessmen and Izmir University of Economics. One of the major activities of the work group is the Week for Entrepreneurship.
